The Challenge
The primary challenge was completing the refurbishment of multiple exterior surfaces across two residential properties within a three-day timeframe. With a driveway, patios, and a pool deck requiring different treatments and finishes, the contractor needed to coordinate surface preparation and installation efficiently while maintaining the quality of the completed work.
